Peace Walls Tour
Peace Walls Tour
What is a Peace Wall (also known as a Peace Line)? It is a complicated term which you will find out about more on the tour. Essentially Peace Walls or Lines are physical interface barriers purposely built to keep 2 communities apart. They are best explored on a Walking Tour of Belfast.
Donna Fox Tours can accompany your group to view the murals of the Falls Road & Shankill Road areas of Belfast. This visit also incorporates a visit to Cupar Way Peace Line one of the best known of the "Peace Walls" to be erected in Belfast. These tours can last from one hour to half a day depending on the amount of time a group has at their disposal.
The above photo was taken with a group from Youth Action who did a Walking Tour with Donna.
Donna can develop a bespoke tour for any individual or a group of any size in English or French, she also has links with guides who speak a whole range of languages ranging from Cantonese to Catalan. She can plan your itinerary down to booking your transport from a reputable accredited coach company or chauffeur, hotel and restaurant bookings and advice on places to visit, entry fees etc.
