Donna Fox tours (“we/us”) reserve the right to (via phone and/or web orders):
Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the web site (or any part of it) without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal: and/or
Change these Terms & Conditions of use at any time, and your continued use of the Web site following any change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
It is your responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions regularly for changes. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms & Conditions you must immediately stop using the Web site
We reserve the right to hold any order due to checks made on personal details.
We reserve the right to change/alter prices at any time.
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in all material on the Web site, the Web site design, structure and graphics, and all software and source codes connected with the Web site shall remain at all times owned by Donna Fox tours. The material contained within the website is only available for non-commercial use only. You may only view, access, or print pages from the website for the sole purpose/reason for evaluating the placement of an order with Donna Fox tours.
Any use of material from the website is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the directors of Donna Fox tours.
All orders made by you through the Website or phone are subject to acceptance. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.
If the goods you wish to order are not available from stock we will contact you by email and you will have the option to:
• wait until the Goods are available from stock;
• cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation & Returns Policy.
When your order has been received we will confirm the details via email (confirmation email). If the details differ from your requested order details please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the confirmation email. The details will be reviewed and in some cases the order canceled.
All details, descriptions, and prices for the goods appearing on the Web site are correct at the time when the information was inputted. You should check any received goods on arrival to ensure all is correct and there is no damage to any item.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
We reserve the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Web site at our discretion.
We reserve the right to withdraw items from the Website at any time. We will not be held responsible by anybody or any parties for the withdrawal of items or for refusing to process an order for any reason.
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods plus card processing and delivery charges. This will be confirmed to you as set out in the ‘Orders’ section.
Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, postal order, or by cash (direct payment) at the time of order.
No goods/products will be dispatched until monies have been received.
A receipt or Pro-forma invoice will be issued after the successful purchase of items/products from Donna Fox tours.
The price for the goods as set on the Web site includes VAT for EU deliveries. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes, or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not email you unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
We dispatch items ordered by you as they are available via our delivery partner Royal Mail.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have registered in “YOUR ACCOUNT”. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is wrong. If you wish to change the delivery address you may do so by contacting the Customer Services team via email. A reply email confirmation will be sent back to you within 2 hours – if you do not receive a confirmation email within this time you are strongly advised to contact us via phone.
You, the customer, take all responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. Donna Fox tours cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
Cancellation and Returns
Should you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 12hours of placing your initial order.
An email of confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to you by us confirming the cancellation of the order.
Orders canceled after this time will not be accepted as canceled and you will be liable to pay for the complete order.
Should you wish to return any of your goods, you may only do so if:
• the product is not what you have ordered
• the product(s) has arrived at you in damaged condition.
Return of products not ordered must be sent back to us in the condition received (i.e. product un-opened and ready for us to re-sell).
All Returns and/or damages must be notified via e-mail on the same day (within 24 hours).
Shipping costs are calculated on the initial order. Delivery costs will vary depending on weight.
We reserve the right to change the shipping costs at our own discretion.
Please allow 2-5 days for delivery. In most cases, delivery takes 48 hours. Orders received before 12noon will be dispatched the same day.
Public holidays may incur a delay in orders –

- Boxing Day,
- New Year’s Eve,
- New Years Day,
- Good Friday,
- Easter Monday,
- Easter Tuesday,
- all related Bank holidays.
